Amazing Transformation – Ms. Herbert ( New Zealand)

I may not have said it enough, but thank you for taking the time to begin this journey with me.
My goal was to have a calmer mind manage my stress levels, reduce weight, and have optimal health.
After resigning from my job last year, I continued to do the Asanas you showed me, I meditated every day for 15 minutes, added aerobics to the mix…. and changed what I ate. Lost 13 kgs, went from walking 15 mins to 45 mins every day. I feel a whole lot better, more energetic, and more.
Thanks again for your input…I’m grateful 🙏.

High Blood Pressure & AFib

I am in deep gratitude for meeting and working with Bryant. I came to him initially for blood pressure and Afib issues. I have been practising different types of Vinyasa flow for about 15 years, but I feel I am truly first learning yoga. I am guided to small micro-adjustments in the asanas, which have a huge impact. I sense the flow of energy in and around my body more deeply and the vibrancy of my being. Not to mention, the increased flexibility and strength. And, after a short couple of months, my blood pressure is normalizing and no signs of AFib – what a plus! Bryant’s service to humanity, deep knowing, heart-centred ancient teachings and yogic asana expertise are a gift to all he comes to know.

Lower Back Pain

Psychogist – Dr. Moulopoulus

Santosh yoga has helped me learn to tune into my body more. I was having back pain due to not moving my body enough and through my private sessions learned how to alleviate the pain. I’m also able to manage daily stressors more easily so little things don’t become big things. They stay little.

My name is Lisa, and I am a wife, a mother of two, and a grandmother of three.  I have 2 cats and an amazing pony.  I work part-time as a bank teller and a sales associate at a jewelry store.  My life is very full with a love of many hobbies like bike riding, horseback riding, kayaking, dancing, hiking, travel and yoga.  I spend a lot of time with my grandchildren.

After meeting Bryant at the horse barn, I took private classes at his Santosh yoga studio for my hip which had an accumulative injury from running and ballet.  I soon joined the group yoga classes.  I learned how to do asanas in proper alignment, my hip has healed 100% and I’ve learned the value of doing yoga for spine and nervous system health which will allow me to enjoy my hobbies for the rest of my life!  But there is more than just alignment!  Being present in the moment and working in stillness add value to my life, by spilling over into my everyday chores and helping to reduce stress by achieving calmness in the moments that would otherwise feel stressful.  I’ve been inspired to learn more and study yoga so I can share the benefits with friends and family.  I am currently enrolled in yoga teacher training and enjoying this journey very much – Regards Lisa

I’m writing to thank you for whispering in my ear, while I was on my legs up the wall, to concentrate on my exhale. You told me that this would give me the benefits of an inversion and help my heart. Here it is over ten years later and I still hear your voice when I’m having heart problems and I’m in the pose.

Just thought I’d thank you once again for all you gave me.

Testimonials and Reviews about Santosh Yoga and Guruji Bryant Francesco

After many years of yoga practice with Bryant, I believe one of its greatest benefits is the balance it adds to my life. Be it physical by enhancing strength, flexibility, and coordination which enable me to continue other physical activities: or mental calmness, control and stability for everyday life and obstacles. Yoga is a blessing.

Thank you, Bryant

I have been practising yoga with Bryant for over 10 years.  The benefits yoga has added to my life over this time are immeasurable.  I first started yoga to help calm anxiety for a major event, and I quickly became hooked.  Bryant approaches pose with fun and curiosity, making all poses accessible for all bodies.  I have also worked with Bryant to help heal injuries, improving both back and knee pain and avoiding surgery.   But what keeps me coming back for more yoga is the importance of my time on my mat.  It is a time for me to work on the relationship I have with myself.  To slow down and listen to my breath.  The ability that Bryant has to help you turn inward is special and exemplifies the real work of yoga; the union with the divine in oneself.

Yoga Tuesday was amazing! Possibly the funniest class I ever had! Thank you so much! My back needed all that love after all the trail riding I’ve been doing. You Rock!! Have a great day and I will see you again Tuesday. I have been doing yoga for 10 years, but this is real yoga.

OMG, Tuesday was so so special—your words, and the sharing was fabulous! Thank you, Your teachings and the practice are dear to me. ❣️

Creating a Happy Healthy Heart!

A small heart issue has opened up a whole new world.  I believe my heart issue was stemmed from me bottling up my true self and hiding it deep within.  Traditionally heart issues are masked with medication, but instead, my doctor introduced me to Bryant to aid in my treatment.  I needed to find my happiness – my Zen, open my inner heart and develop a better version of myself.  This  Journey has many levels – Physical, emotional, and spiritual and Bryant’s teachings have opened my being.  I am grateful for this life-affirming venture with Bryant!
