We specialize in alignment-based yoga that is responsive to individual medical needs. Since 2003, we have designed and delivered a wide range of wellness programs for corporations and organizations.

Santosh Yoga brings together physical well-being, mental calm, emotional balance, stronger relationships, and spiritual growth. We support this through practices that reduce physical strain, ease mental stress, and strengthen focus. Our approach includes Asana (postures) with modifications, adjustments, and props to support each participant; Pranayama (breathing techniques) to energize the body and quiet mental activity; voice dialogue to help shift deeply held patterns; applied philosophy to support clearer, faster decision-making; and meditation (dhyana) to calm an overactive nervous system.
Our sessions also incorporate insights from Ayurveda, inspirational stories, and wisdom drawn from both ancient and modern approaches to nutrition.
